Administrative Assistant: I-Solutions
I-Solutions is part of GBA Companies network of services which provides
unique project solutions to the infrastructure market. We provide
general contracting, construction and design-build services when
managing multi-trade infrastructure construction projects. From
emergency repairs to demolition and maintenance, our knowledge and
passion ensures projects are repaired faster, safer, and more
efficiently.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. This in a new
position to support continued company growth. This individual will work
on a wide variety of job responsibilities with a positive customer focus
assisting both internal employees and external clients. A spirited
individual with a can do attitude is essential to maintaining our

Responsibilities:
Act as a last point of review for letters and technical reports,
offering proofreading expertise in grammar and composition
Assist with various tasks as needed including answering phones,
scheduling meetings, conference registration coordination, travel
arrangement, etc.
Coordinate company engagement events
Maintain electronic and hard copy project files, offering organizational
expertise for efficiency
Track and maintain office supplies
Pull required permits, submittal and subcontract tracking, compliance
reporting, certified payroll reporting
Process Weekly Payroll
Comply with Union and Wage Order requirements
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with Union payroll
3+ years experience in professional services organization, preferred.
Will train the right person with less experience.
Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement in
client interactions
Ability to work alone on projects and complete tasks assigned
Professionalism \"Can-Do, Will-Do Whatever it Takes\" attitude
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products. Including Excel, Word and
Power Point
Desire and ability to learn and acquire proficiency in CRM Software
(Deltek Vision)
Ability to compose, edit and proofread documents
Excellent skills in English and Math are a must
