Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\
Provide case management services for a designated child support case
load, utilizing expertise in policies, procedures, and state and federal
regulations to advance cases through administrative and legal
processes.\
Establish and enforce child support orders as per guidelines.\
Conduct investigative research to locate non-custodial parents.\
Review and analyze records to gather crucial information essential to
cases.\
Educate customers about the process and available options, addressing
and responding to customer inquiries.\
Validate and verify existing data within an automated child support
system.\
Manage child support cases and collaborate with legal staff via Zoom,
email, and phone
Minimum Requirements\
High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant
professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education
and experience.\
Associate degree with 2+ years experience preferred\
Must live in or near Kansas City, KS and be able to work onsite\
Strong customer service skills with a professional and helpful
demeanor\
Comfortable using technology and computer systems for daily work
tasks\
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
