families and healthcare providers. What You\'ll Do: - Be the go-to
expert for preparing and completing birth and fetal death
certificates. - Interact with patients, families, and healthcare
providers to gather and verify crucial information. - Keep documentation
compliant, accurate, and on time. What We\'re Looking For: - An
experienced registrar (3+ years) who knows the ropes of administrative
excellence. - A MA Notary Public (bonded and insured) - certification is
a must. - A multitasker who can prioritize accordingly. - Tech-savviness
with Meditech, Excel, and Word preferred but not required. - A reliable
team player with a valid driver\'s license and the ability to work
independently. - Familiarity with medical terminology and experience
working in a healthcare setting. The Administrative Assistant position
is a temporary role in the Pittsfield area, expected to last through
April. Pay rate range is \$25.00 - \$30.00 per hour, depending on
experience. Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30am - 3:30pm. If you\'re
