The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the
Company by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
while providing our customers and vendors with excellent customer
service. Responsibilities: - Answers and transfers phone calls,
screening when necessary. - Welcomes and directs visitors and clients. -
Tracks vehicle maintenance and upkeep costs via an Excel spreadsheet. -
Creates customer information packets. - Collect customer feedback. -
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. -
Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Required
Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient with
Microsoft Office Suite - Basic understanding of clerical procedures and
systems such as recordkeeping and filing. - Ability to work
independently. Education and Experience: - High School diploma or
equivalent. - One to three years of experience in an administrative
role, preferred. Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a
desk and working on a computer. - Prolonged periods of talking on a
telephone. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
