Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to provide comprehensive project coordination support across multiple workstreams. This role requires proficiency in managing project details using ServiceNow PPM, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in project coordination or project support analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with program managers, workstream project managers, and business stakeholders to track progress, analyze data, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Project Support:
Utilize ServiceNow PPM to manage projects by creating and entering tasks, milestones, and status reports
Approve timecards, add and maintain resource plans to ensure accuracy and optimal project execution
ServiceNow PPM Proficiency:
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in ServiceNow PPM, utilizing its features to organize and oversee project coordination tasks
Leverage prior experience as a project coordinator or project support analyst to inform best practices
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to program managers and workstream project managers by coordinating tasks and offering logistical support
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate project-related reporting and deliver detailed analysis to track progress and evaluate project performance.
Project Tracking & Coordination:
Monitor project milestones, track progress, and support alignment with overarching project goals.
Serve as a point of coordination across teams to ensure efficient information flow and proper documentation.
Resource Allocation Forecasting:
Facilitate the business resource forecast allocation on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate projections and efficient utilization of resources (Source: RH Acronym Guide).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in ServiceNow PPM and similar project management tools. Demonstrated experience using these platforms for scheduling, reporting, and tracking.
Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders effectively.
