What You'll Do:
As the HR & Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate employee payroll processes while supporting broader HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll Excellence: Process employee payroll with precision, ensuring timely payment and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
HR Administration: Assist with onboarding, employee record-keeping, and maintaining personnel files.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and company policies while preparing necessary payroll reports.
Employee Support: Provide guidance on payroll-related questions and HR matters to employees in a friendly and efficient manner.
Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to HR and payroll workflows to make processes more efficient and employee-friendly.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in HR and payroll functions.
Proficiency with payroll systems (such as ADP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms- iSolved prefered).
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
A positive attitude and passion for creating an exceptional workplace experience.
