Demonstrates aptitude to learn advanced technology.Participates in 12 hours of in-service/workshop activities annually.Principle Duties:Handles all contacts, communications and conversations as confidentialVerify and deposit money collected from eventsVerify receipts from deposits from all buildingsBalance deposits with the bankPosts all deposits into Vista System, preferably on a weekly basis.Assist building secretaries and clerks with In Touch Receipting deposits andreportsMaintain a small cash drawer for the purpose of petty cash and cash boxes forvarious eventsSemi-annual balance of cash drawer in vaultDistribute cash boxes for various eventsEnter new sub teachers in VistaProcess & enters payroll for Substitute Teachers for Payroll Dept.Process, verifies, and enters certified leave balances in the Frontline - AbsenceManagement leave systemAssists Payroll with other duties as neededResponsible for learning major job functions performed by other office staff.Other duties as assigned.
