Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving variances with precision.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the department.
Support annual audits and special projects by collecting, organizing, and presenting necessary documentation.
Collaborate with team members on budgeting and forecasting efforts, helping refine financial strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate environments.
Advanced knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Dynamics GP, or SAP.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
