Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, payment process, and vendor communication.

Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payment processes (ACH/wires), ensuring all payment deadlines are met.
Reconcile AP accounts and vendor statements, addressing discrepancies before they escalate.
Support audit preparation associated with AP processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or relevant coursework preferred.
2+ years of accounts payable experience with proven ability to handle high volumes of invoices.
Thorough knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional time management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
