Navco Logistics, LLC is a U.S. Customs Brokerage, Consulting, Warehousing and 3PL firm. We currently have a unique employment opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working, very organized individual, who can support our Accounting and Administrative department and help us grow our business.
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Management: Assist the comptroller in handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciling transactions, and generating financial reports using QuickBooks.
Filing and Organization: Maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring documentation is organized and easily accessible.
As well as Assisting Administrative Staff, Answering and Directing phones, and Maintaining a Clean and Organized Office, Workspace, and Filing System.
U.S. Customs Data Entry and Filing
Requirements:
2-3 years of QuickBooks Experience
2-3 years of Bookkeeping Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in both English and Spanish

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
