Description
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our Clients team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, providers, and administrative staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Your ability to manage scheduling, verify insurance coverage, and provide exceptional support will be crucial to maintaining high-quality patient care.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
100% REMOTE
Applicants must have experience with patient scheduling to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the billing specialist to confirm patients' medical insurance coverage accurately.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule initial client appointments.
Offer administrative assistance to medical professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Facilitate patient registration and appointment scheduling with efficiency.
Manage authorization processes for medical procedures and treatments.
Communicate with patients regarding upcoming appointments and necessary documentation.
Verify medical insurance details and assist patients with billing-related questions.
Ensure all patient records are updated and maintained with utmost accuracy.
Requirements
Must have 3 years of experience
Experience in handling inbound calls within a healthcare or similar setting.
Proficiency in scheduling and managing patient appointments.
Familiarity with medical insurance billing and verification processes.
Ability to register patients and maintain organized records.
Strong skills in obtaining authorizations for medical services.
Effective communication skills for contacting and assisting patients.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in providing administrative support within a medical environment.
