Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business & Data Analysis:
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies
in business processes.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business
recommendations.
Develop performance metrics and KPIs to track process improvements.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicates insights effectively.
Business Process Analysis & Improvement:
Evaluate, document, and analyze existing business processes to
identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to define and refine business process
workflows.
Identify automation or system improvement opportunities to optimize
workflows.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation for
current and future state processes.
Business Justifications & Strategic Support:
Develop business justifications and proposals for new programs,
initiatives, and system enhancements.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the impact of process
changes or new initiatives.
Assist in developing business cases with clear problem statements,
objectives, workflow designs, and data-driven recommendations.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and
leadership, to improve business processes.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather input and
align teams on process improvements.
Provides subject matter expertise on the various programs and processes
supported by Business Systems.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned or required.
