Description
SAIC is seeking an Expatriate Administrator to support Global Mobility and Travel Services in Finance Shared Services. The role is responsible for enterprise-wide international assignment agreement creation, invoice processing, and auditing and processing of expense reports received through workflow and paperless queues and other similar duties, as assigned. These items are to be processed timely and accurately in conjunction with SAIC policy and government regulations. In addition, the Expat Administrator is responsible for managing rework items, which involves interfacing with employees to resolve issues. A strong customer service attitude is key in this role. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Global Mobility and Travel Services.
This position is 100% remote.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create international assignment agreements for employees on short-term and long-term assignments
· Process third party invoices (e.g., relocation, dependent education, foreign taxes, etc.) and ensuring the costs are properly charged to programs
· Update assignment information in the company HR system
· Respond to Global Mobility Office mailbox email inquiries
· Audit expense reports for allowability and to ensure compliance to SAIC policies and FAR regulations
· Answer help desk phone calls with a high level of customer service and communication skills
· Monitor and respond to expense report emails received directly or via the shared mailbox
· Resolve service desk tickets regarding expense reports
· Interface with employees to resolve issues related to expense reports, including rework items and payment status in a timely manner
· Handle special processes as assigned by management
· Assist with training as directed
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum zero (0) years of experience. Additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of international business-related experience, Accounts Payable or Expense Reporting preferred
Experience with Concur and Costpoint systems
Previous exposure to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, DCAA or other regulatory policies
