career to the next level! The job duties of Administrative Assistant III
Grant Coordinator include but are not limited to engaging internal and
external stakeholders in the development, maintenance, and evaluation
associated with the Youth Justice Innovation Grant (JYIG) on behavioral
threat assessments; ensure that documents, reports, and data are
complete accurately, timely, and efficiently; to work independent in a
customer service and administrative professional position; to
participate in workgroups and teams; and to provide responsive,
courteous, and efficient customer service. This is an LTE (Limited Term
Employment) position and is grant funded. The duration of this position
is limited to the duration of grant funding through the end of 2025; if
grant is renewed, up to the end of 2026. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate\'s degree in a clerical field required. Three
(3) years of recent related work experience in a
Secretarial/Administrative Assistant position required. Previous
experience administering grants preferred. A valid driver\'s license is
