JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a temp-to-hire ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
to work 30-40 hours/week. In this position, you will effectively
communicate via phone and email to make sure that all Administrative
Assistant duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. You
will be responsible for taking requests for orders, price quotes, and
changes or cancellations directly from customers. You will also respond
to customer inquiries and provide positive and courteous service to
customers, answering questions regarding product lines, prices, delivery
times, and warranty periods. Responsibilities include Maintain polite
and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Place
orders/create sales orders Follow-up on orders Work with sales reps
Generate reports Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing,
copying, scanning etc. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong customer service skills -Excellent written and verbal
communication skills -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in MS Office -General knowledge of QuickBooks -Able to
