TAP Air Portugal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in the USA. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of clients, including travel agencies and corporate accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue for TAP’s destinations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of travel agencies and corporate clients to drive revenue growth for TAP’s destinations.
- Promote TAP’s products and services across various market segments within the Los Angeles area.
- Develop and execute a visitation plan to ensure adequate market coverage and maintain TAP’s visibility in the market.
- Negotiate and manage incentive agreements with clients.
- Design and implement marketing plans with allocated marketing funds for clients in your portfolio.
- Stay informed about TAP’s products, services, and competitor offerings, as well as relevant market trends.
- Represent TAP at local events, trade shows, and Fam Trips to enhance brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
- Contribute to the development of the Sales and Marketing Plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role within the travel or airline industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Amadeus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
