A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Global Head of Portfolio and Innovation, no two days will be the same. With responsibilities such as a strategic review of the portfolio, analyzing performance metrics and market feedback to identify areas for innovation. You may then be in collaborative sessions with various teams, focusing on how to seamlessly incorporate new services and digital solutions. You'll spend your time leading customer engagement sessions, exploring new market opportunities and refining our solution offerings to meet diverse client needs. You'll also make time for mentorship activities, where you inspire and guide your team towards achieving their personal and professional goals, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead a team focused on delivering profitable growth through integrated digital offerings, developing a strategic roadmap for the Portfolio & Innovation department in line with Service and Digital division goals.
Engage customers across all EAD industry verticals to maintain solution portfolio relevance and collaborate closely with EAD Global Industries for a profitable solutions portfolio.
Guide Go to Market strategies, pricing, and partnerships for bid preparation, ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions through cross-functional teamwork.
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities, overseeing the service and digital portfolio's lifecycle to drive new solution development and ensure successful product launches and optimization.
Gather key stakeholder insights and feedback to inform portfolio and innovation strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives for increased team efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of innovation and portfolio managers, cultivating a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or relevant subject area experience of 15+ years.
Proven track record of at least 10 years in portfolio management and innovation leadership roles within the energy or technology sectors.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful portfolio and innovation strategies.
Strong understanding of service and digital solutions, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to drive the development and implementation of innovative service and digital solutions, ensuring our portfolio remains at the forefront of the energy industry.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
