Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and operational support , including but not limited to the below:
Process bi-weekly expense reports
Schedule Meetings
Book Flights / Hotels
Schedule and attend regional/sub-regional update meetings and provide meeting minutes timely & attendance, as requested, including but not limited to the following:
Monthly Senior Directors Call
Discipline Training Calls
Assist with PMA's
Capital project collection for all regions/markets, annually
Compile, prepare and update regular and ongoing reporting documents as directed
Write reports, put together presentations and spreadsheets, as needed
Support the development of case studies on projects
Maintain National and Regional SharePoint Sites and update
Assist regionals with Workday updates, allocations and training
Logging and processing any/all information as deemed appropriate by the EMD
Updating the CRE New Properties Sub Regional Spreadsheets weekly and checking monthly for updates
Create & maintain a monthly compliance chart and ensure that all the tasks required of this position are complete each month and send the chart to stakeholders
Over-communicate with each leader on current duties, estimated time to completion, and the nature of the work being done so that priorities can be established and implemented
Requirements:
Executive-level professional support experience required
Exposure to project and process management
Exceptional listener
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision-makers in a professional manner
Proven ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to solve problems independently with minimal direction from supervisor
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
Must have the drive and perseverance to handle pressure well
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
