Work Schedule:
Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1 hour for lunch).
Pay Rate : $45/H
Location : Northern IL, (Remote work in any US state (CST time zone)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, including finance, procurement, IT, and sales teams.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, with data sourced from Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.
- Conduct predictive modeling and forecasting utilizing Python, R, and Tableau.
- Extract and integrate data from various sources, including Amazon Redshift, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Google Apps Script projects for various Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
- Drive the adoption and utilization of dashboards and reports to measure success and implement iterations as needed.
- Validate data thoroughly to ensure accuracy and directional integrity.
- Manage server licenses, data access, and provide support for data visualization tools.
- Update and document processes, training materials, and websites for internal reference.
- Develop and deliver training on data sources/tools to enhance users’ ability to analyze business performance.
- Ensure the availability of complex data to support predictive modeling and analytics.
- Perform testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Experience in the mobile communications or related industries is preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong data visualization skills, particularly in Tableau.
- Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Python, R, Google Apps Script, and Power BI.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Access, including designing, configuring, and automating custom reports.
- In-depth understanding of data modeling and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Smartsheet development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The preferred candidate will be based in Northern IL, but the position is open to remote work in any US state (CST time zone).
