Facilities Technician 2
San Diego, CA | Pay Rate: $25-$32/hour (DOE)

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Facilities Technician 2 to help maintain and enhance our facilities in beautiful San Diego, CA . If you're skilled in plumbing , drywall patching/painting , and general maintenance-this is your chance to join a dynamic, supportive team that values expertise and initiative.
What You'll Do:
Keep our facility safe, secure, and well-maintained through daily walkthroughs and responsive upkeep.
Perform general and preventative maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and building systems.
Replace bulbs, ballasts, and manage minor electrical components.
Move and assemble office furniture and equipment as needed.
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or servicing.
What You Bring:
Strong plumbing and drywall/patch & paint experience (a must!)
Keen attention to detail , problem-solving skills , and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and building systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
