Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting HR processes that drive employee satisfaction and company growth? Our client is seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, responding to employee inquiries, and filing personnel records.
New Hire Onboarding: Manage and execute onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.
Compliance Management: Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Benefits Coordination: Support the administration of employee benefits, answering questions about coverage and enrollment.
Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and implementing programs to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Recruitment Assistance: Coordinate with talent acquisition teams to post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports related to workforce metrics, employee benefits, recruitment, and turnover.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR or administrative support roles.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
