Employee Engagement Specialist helps shape a culture that empowers and
inspires our 27,000 employees worldwide. You will lead impactful
projects that enhance employee experience and foster a connected,
engaged workforce. Your success requires project management,
communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. You will report to
the Senior Manager, Employee Experience and Culture and be based in
Milwaukee, WI. Your Responsibilities: Project Management: Implement and
improve employee sentiment surveys, including planning, configuration,
communication and training. Analysis: Analyze diverse data sets to
identify trends and make data-driven recommendations that enhance
workplace engagement and overall performance. Content Creation: Create
high-quality, engaging content for internal digital and printed
channels, ensuring communication that resonates with diverse audiences.
Presentation and Facilitation: Support communications about engagement
programs through all-employee meetings, training sessions, and other
interactive forums. Relationship-Building & Collaboration: Partner with
Human Resources, Internal Communications, and Talent to deliver
impactful programs that enhance engagement and inspire performance.
Benchmarking: Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and
new technologies in employee engagement to provide informed
recommendations that shape programming and plans. The Essentials - You
Will Have: Bachelor\'s degree Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We

degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,
Communications or related field. 5+ years\' experience within Human
