We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant for a direct-hire position with a highly regarded firm based in Milwaukee. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team recognized for its expertise in complex litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing discovery processes, including organizing, conducting searches, handling productions, and performing redactions.
Summarizing and analyzing medical records and large data sets.
Drafting legal documents such as case pleadings.
Preparing for trials, including creating trial exhibits and managing docket calendars.
Ensuring precise and organized electronic file maintenance.
Requirements
Proven experience in litigation, particularly dealing with complex cases.
Experience in document management and discovery processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with e-filing and legal software tools is a plus.
