Description
We are searching for a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). This role is crucial to our operations and finance departments, requiring a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with optimizing our usage of Business Central and suggesting changes to enhance operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and optimize the current utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies
Reduce dependency on external tools by leveraging capabilities of Business Central
Train team members on effective usage of Business Central
Continually learn about our business processes and recommend changes
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate adoption of new processes
Assist in the implementation of new processes as the company grows
Leverage your eCommerce experience to handle high volume orders
Use your familiarity with Shopify to add value to our operations
Avoid customizing the ERP and focus on changing processes instead.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential
Experience in eCommerce is mandatory
Knowledge of Shopify is highly desirable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
