Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in office administration. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient office operations while earning $45,000 to $50,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office support including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Support accounting department with basic data entry tasks
Assist with new employee onboarding processes
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform light bookkeeping duties
Help coordinate office events and meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma required (Associate's degree preferred)
0-2 years of office experience (internships included)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
