âš¡ The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving new business and growing our sales pipeline. You'll:
✅ Identify and engage key decision-makers
✅ Qualify leads and book meetings for our sales team
✅ Use LinkedIn, video, email, and calls to connect with prospects
✅ Represent LayerX at major industry events (RSA, Black Hat, etc.)
✅ Work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and strategy
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven mindset—you’re competitive, persistent, and hungry to learn
- Outstanding communication skills—you know how to engage and influence people
- Experience in lead generation or inside sales (cybersecurity/SaaS is a plus!) at east one year*
- Self-motivated and results-oriented—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Located in theMidwest/East/South East
