Advanced Houston Specialty Hospital is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team in a newly renovated facility at 205 Hollow Tree Lane, Spring, TX.
As the administrative assistant you should be highly organized and detail-oriented in order to support the daily operations of the facility. This role is essential in ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining confidential records, and assisting staff with clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be professional, adaptable, and able to work within a secure facility while adhering to strict confidentiality and compliance regulations.

Essential Functions:
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Support facility staff with clerical tasks, such as preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Maintain and organize patient records, medical documentation, and facility reports in compliance with regulations.
Maintain strict security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
Serve as a liaison between healthcare staff, security team, and administrative personnel.
Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Review incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
Operate office equipment such as a personal computer, copy machines, scanners, and fax.
Follow all facility policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and professional conduct.
It is expected the incumbent will work overtime when directed to do so.
Regular and predictable attendance required.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or healthcare administration preferred. One year full-time, wage-earning clerical, secretarial, administrative support, technical program support, or criminal justice experience required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
Post Hire Requirements:
Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements test and pass an annual background check.
