Position Summary Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
individual to provide administrative and logistical support to the
Executive Director and at times, the leadership team. This exciting
position includes the following: correspondence, scheduling, research,
coordinate leadership meetings, take minutes, maintain records, special
projects, and regulatory compliance. This position regularly interacts
with residents and team members and will require excellent customer
service and organization skills, attention to detail as well as patience
and a positive attitude. Strong computer skills are a must, especially
MS Excel and PowerPoint. Essential Functions: Performs job functions in
a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the Loomis
Communities. Adheres to The Loomis Communities Compliance and Ethics
Program. Demonstrates an awareness of, a respect for and attention to
the diversity of the people with whom they interact (persons served
Provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to
internal and external customers including Loomis team members,
residents, families and vendors. Provides administrative and logistical
support to Executive Director including, but not limited to:
correspondence, scheduling, research, coordinate leadership meetings,
take minutes, maintain records, special projects using MS Office such
as; Power Point, Excel Spreadsheets for Graphs and Budgets. Manages
financial transactions by collecting monthly fees and tracking resident
billing. Prepares bank deposits and manages cash for casual dining,
resident store and petty cash. Provides support to marketing and
concierge team when needed Qualifications Required Education: High
School Diploma Associates Degree desired 4-6 years administrative
experience in a professional office environment. Advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Office products. Ability to apply common sense understanding
to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to relate well to all residents, including the emotionally
upset. Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family
members, visitors and the public. Ability to report to work regularly
and promptly. Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary.
