Gibbs Oil Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing team at our Mobil location in Hadley, MA. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store operations while ensuring a fabulous customer experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily operations, managing inventory, providing customer service, overseeing staff performance, maintaining cleanliness, and handling administrative tasks such as daily reporting.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and manage inventory levels efficiently.
Experience in training and supporting team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork.
Valid driver's license and capability to perform job-related driving tasks.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds.
