Our client, an innovative and fast-growing company in the technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while providing essential administrative support in one of the most dynamic sectors of today's economy.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, coordinate appointments, and optimize executives' time by prioritizing meetings and deadlines.
Oversee and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and ease for the executive team.
Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations using key data and market insights to assist in decision-making processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Handle expense reports, budgets, and financial documents with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with project tracking, workflow management, and communication across cross-functional teams.
Maintain highly confidential information and safeguard sensitive company data.
Support company-wide events and initiatives, such as team off-sites, stakeholder meetings, and networking events.
Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes and implement solutions tailored to the tech environment.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with prior experience in the tech industry or fast-paced environments.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana).
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
Highly resourceful and capable of resolving issues promptly while anticipating executive needs.
Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; certifications in project management or administrative assistance are a plus.
