How You'll Make an Impact
Contributeto growing revenue and improving customer experiences in North America forSubsea, Products, Services, and Offshore Life Cycle Solutions.
Build,manage, and expand demand from current and new customers across variousaccounts.
Defineand manage demand for Subsea Products, Services, Solutions, and OffshoreLifecycle Solutions, follow up on offers, and engage in clientdevelopment.
ApplyCRM tools to keep close track of accounts, opportunities, and activities,ensuring seamless operations and forecasting.
Identifyrelevant portfolio offerings that can improve customers' operationalefficiency, helping them achieve their goals.
Demonstrateself-motivation by setting clear targets and goals, always striving forexcellence and not being satisfied with the status quo!
What You Bring
Aminimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required; A master'sdegree or equivalent experience in electrical and electronic engineeringis a plus.
8+years in the Offshore/Subsea Industry in technical sales and accountmanagement with a strong understanding of Siemens Energy "EAD" products,solutions, and services is required; Candidates with more experience may be eligiblefor a more senior level position.
Proventrack record in technical and commercial sales in the Americas Region;Deep understanding and existing network within the Oil & Gas,Offshore, and Subsea industries; Experience in the Maritime and Processindustries is a plus.
Willingnessto travel regionally, domestically, and internationally up to 40% of thetime.
Strongcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of workingin multi-functional teams and dealing with all levels of management.
Strategicand tactical vision, capable of inspiring change with ambitious andhigh-performing objectives.
All candidates must be authorized or able to obtain
authorization to work in the United States.
