Job Description and Responsibilities::
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large,
complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include:
financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, and
coordination of certain workforce mgmt. communications,. May track
program/multiple value stream variances in order to ensure work aligns
with program objectives. May consult with leadership teams to manage
resource allocations information and updates. Will assist with efforts
to optimize resourcing, maintain resource utilization / allocations,
ensuring resource budgets do not exceed funding allocation allotments
and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for management
review.
Requirements:
advanced excel skills pivots, formulas (v-look-ups, etc)
expert / intermediate understanding of confluence and creating
content
strong communication skills with experience in drafting large
organizational communications and reports
expert powerpoint skills
strong attention to detail
an expert / intermediate understanding of forecasting, variance
reporting, financial reporting, budgeting practices
team player, positive attitude
