Location: Eau Claire, WI Job @type: Full time Schedule: 5am-2pm Monday -
Friday Hourly pay: \$22.05 - \$25.05/hr Compensation for this
position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full

about the position on YouTube! What You\'ll Do As an Inventory
Specialist you will assist operations management by ensuring the ongoing
accuracy of the Viking Electric inventory system and reconciling
inventory variances in a proper manner. You will... Conduct daily
reconciliation of inventory shortages found during picking on previous
shifts. Perform daily cycle counting. Work with sales and counter sales
to process returns from customers. Engage with management to identify
efficiency opportunities. Process receipts of non-stock material to
include cross docking and/or create new bin locations for new stock.
Coordinate weekly bin maintenance mechanics, communicating the results
and concerns to shift managers. Work with ERP specialist, project
staging specialist and branch management to pick, organize, and process
RMA/RGA material. What You Bring Requirements: Minimum 3 years
distribution or warehouse operations, two years of cycle counting,
inventory reconciliation and automated systems plus one-year operating
material handling equipment. Be at least 18 years old Ability to lift,
push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly, or up to 75
lbs. with the assistance of supportive equipment or team members Ability
to stand and walk for much of your shift High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to learn how to operate equipment like a forklift and
handheld scanning device (we provide training) Ability to work in
various temperatures within our warehouse Must be authorized to work in
the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
