Description:Martin/Martin, Inc., a civil and structural engineering
firm, is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Administrative Manager.
The ideal candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The
ability to provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients,
multi-task, and attention to detail is required. The position must be able
to work each day as a team player with administrative assistants and
engineering staff. The ability to work overtime, as needed, and dress
professionally is required for this position.
The office is located on the west side of Denver allowing for quick access to
both the city and the mountains. Our staff typically spends less time in
traffic and more time with family and friends.

This position supports the Administrative Manager in overseeing administrative
processes and company-wide support functions. This role helps ensure smooth
day-to-day operations, enhances efficiency, and supports employees across
multiple departments.
EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in overseeing office management, including supplies, equipment,
and vendor coordination
Oversee and manage the Administrative Assistants
Participate in interviews
Conduct employee performance reviews for direct reports
Assist with developing strategies for increasing workplace efficiency
Support ongoing learning and development of team members
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, specifications,
and other documents
Coordinate company-wide communications, internal events, and meeting
logistics
Collaborate with Administrative Manager to achieve team and company goals
WORKING CONDITIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES
This position is primarily administrative in nature, working mostly inside
of the office completing a wide range of activities. The following abilities
are required:
Completing repetitive movement on tasks such as using a mouse or keyboard AI

Read, communicate, and document in English
Ability to identify color
Determine and exchange accurate information
Occasionally move about outside of the office
Occasionally move or hold objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, office administration,
management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years in administrative services, office management, or a
similar role
Minimum 3 years of direct team management experience
Proven ability to handle confidential information
Provides exceptional customer service
Ability to implement procedures and direct others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent work ethic and proven ability to manage
Collaborates effectively with others
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of accounting and marketing database systems
Experience working in engineering firms, professional service firms, or
other firms with technically focused employees
