Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
Candidates will be performing electrical assembly on skid units. Some of the main tasks include cutting and bending rigid conduit, pulling wire, installing cable trays and busbar ducts, and assembling panels. Additional duties involve wiring switches, smoke detectors, and heat detectors, while also maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse floor. Assemblers must be open to assisting in other departments as needed. Note: Candidates will not be touching hot wires.
Responsibilities
Cut and bend rigid conduit.
Pull wire for electrical installations.
Install cable trays and busbar ducts.
Assemble electrical panels.
Wire switches, smoke detectors, and heat detectors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
Assist in other departments as required.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in electrical/electro-mechanical assembly.
Experience installing cable trays.
Experience cutting, bending, and installing rigid conduit.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with control panels.
Shop experience preferred over industrial or commercial experience.
Experience with terminations.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a manufacturing setting with concrete flooring, open bay doors, and is non-climate controlled. Overhead cranes and forklifts are frequently moving around. Employees need to be comfortable working next to welders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
