Job Title - Executive Admin Assistant
Our client in Rockville MD, is looking for a part time Executive Assistant needed. Express need for the utmost professionalism with attention to detail and respect for time and attendance.
Summary of this opportunity:
Proficient in office, Powerpoint, Excel, team player, flexible w/pitching in on other projects. Excellent time and attendance are paramount!!!
Schedule- 2 days / part time
Pay at $28/hr
Able to Schedule travel arrangements
Compliance- Background check
At least three years administrative experience

What will you be doing?
Managing calendars, appointments and meetings.
Communication- Taking messages, answering phones, and responding to email.
File management- Electronic filing systems, review, processing, and organizing documents.
What do you bring?
Recent Executive Administrative assistant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Minimum three years experience as an Executive Admin
A high level of professionalism
