Job Description:
Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a Department of Justice law enforcement task force program.
Summary of duties include but not limited to:
Assists with drafting and routing correspondence, files, and reports
Assists with Freedom of Information Act requests
Assists with facility services, property, and supply administration including the purchase of office supplies and equipment, office moves, and setting up office space for new employees.
Assists with arranging telephone moves and repairs, as well as repairs of fax machines, copiers, and other equipment.
Assists or performs timekeeper duties, as assigned and leave audits.
Files and distributes copies of documents and forms in accordance with federal regulations, Department, and Office policies.
Assists with the processing and filing of contracts, purchase order requests, purchase card requests, and approval of forms.
Assists with various special projects, including PowerPoint presentations and assembling binders of documents.
Receives training forms and records, routes to the appropriate party; files, as required.
Provides advance travel paperwork to employees; assists in arranging travel, including transportation and accommodations. Assists with vouchering.
Escorts visitors and vendors; responds to telephone calls
Required Experience:
Required Qualifications:
Education/years of experience
Level I: Associate's degree or two (2) years' experience
Level II: Bachelor's degree or four (4) years' experience
Level III: Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years' experience or Master's degree and four (4) years' experience
Level IV: Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience or Master's degree and six (6) years' experience
Active SECRET security clearance (all levels)
Ability to @type in excess of 40 words per minute.
Ability to utilize a computer for purposes of drafting and editing correspondence.
Experience in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories.
Ability to develop, process, store, retrieve, handle, and dispose of official documents.
Experience in supporting travel of federal employees.
Expert in Federal Travel Regulations, 41 CFR 300-304.
Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
Working Conditions:
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach
Able to sit, stand, walk, run
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
