Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mclean, Virginia. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to support property management operations through administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance requests by working closely with property managers to ensure timely resolution.
Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.
Use Microsoft Office Suite tools for document preparation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
Support daily operations by managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
Learn and adapt quickly to internal systems and processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of all property-related activities.
Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed by the team.
Handle multiple priorities during busy periods with a focus on delivering quality results. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
