The Social Media Intern helps manage and create content for the organization's social media presence, working under the supervision of a manager. They will create content, analyze performance, and contribute to social media campaigns using photography. Assist in planning and conducting photo shoots, capture high-quality images for different projects, edit and retouch photographs, organize and maintain photography equipment, collaborate with the social media team on concept development, attend and document company events and help manage and archive photographic assets.
Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Intern:
Content Creation:
Writing compelling captions, creating visual content (images, videos, etc.), and developing social media posts that align with brand messaging.
Platform Management:
Managing social media calendars, posting content, and monitoring various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Engagement:
Responding to comments and direct messages, interacting with followers, and building a community around the brand.
Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing social media performance, tracking key metrics, and providing reports on engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Support:
Assisting in the development and execution of social media campaigns, brainstorming ideas, and researching trends.
Brand Consistency:
Ensuring that all social media content maintains a consistent brand voice and message.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Other Tasks:
