Job Description?
Saint Luke's Hospital is seeking a friendly, well-organized individual that can collaborate with various hospital leaders. This individual is the first impression of the Spiritual Wellness Department and will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Manager of Spiritual Wellness, Senior Manager of Clinical Pastoral Education, and Director of Risk Management. Maintain the office of Spiritual Wellness, provide administrative support for various committees for example, Ethics Advisory, Spiritual Wellness Board Committee and education programs in particular Clinical Pastoral Education. Coordinates and administrates all aspects of the hospital wide No One Dies Alone NODA Program providing compassionate companions to dying individuals without local or family support. As Coordinator relates to multiple departments and arranges for volunteers by scheduling, orienting, communicating with and supporting volunteers and other departments in support of program goals while providing needed administrative support and oversight.
Some knowledge of Church function or Chaplain Services is preferred.
