Description
This role supports district operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch service jobs, managing schedules effectively to meet operational demands.
Handle billing for service-related work, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Provide backup administrative support across the district, including reception duties and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with the district team to assist in the completion of assignments and projects with speed and precision.
Liaise with corporate departments to provide required documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Review completed work for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
Procure necessary materials, equipment, and office supplies to support operational needs.
Prepare and submit daily reports as requested by management.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations.

Proficient in problem-solving and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately
Demonstrated skills in data analysis and interpretation
High level of accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime when required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office clerical or administrative roles
