Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Packaged Goods Food Industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the executive support team, directly supporting the CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Weslaco, TX
Pay Range: From $50,000.00 per year
What's the Job?
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
What's Needed?
Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken) is a requirement.
5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Apple/Mac platform usage is a requirement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
