Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour or 30-minute paid lunch)
Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hour

Job Overview:
A leading hospitality provider is hiring a Front Desk & Office Support Coordinator to support daily operations at a corporate law firm. You'll manage front desk duties, assist with mail and office services, and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist visitors, maintain front desk area
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls professionally
Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Support document production: copy, print, and scan tasks
Keep office supplies stocked and organized
Track daily services, logs, and project requests
Provide general administrative assistance as needed
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of front desk or administrative experience
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
