What You'll Be Doing:
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical systems in production equipment
Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams like a pro
Performing routine checks and preventative maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum
Collaborating with engineers and operators to optimize equipment performance
Ensuring safety standards and operational efficiency across the floor
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, drives, conveyors, pneumatics, and sensors
Solid troubleshooting skills and a knack for diagnosing both mechanical and electrical problems
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping things running safely and smoothly
Ideally, you've got some trade school certification or proven experience under your belt
