Enjoy a great work-life balance with typical hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends. What You'll Be Doing: Diagnose and repair a wide range of compact construction and heavy equipment Perform preventative maintenance to ensure top-notch performance Order parts and maintain inventory as needed for repairs Communicate job progress with the service manager and ensure customer satisfaction Inspect and test equipment after repairs are completed Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work orders, parts, and labor Uphold safety standards and keep your work area organized and efficient Participate in company-paid training to stay current with new equipment and technology updates (including limited out-of-state training) What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a mechanic in diesel engine repair and service A complete set of tools (eligible for our Tool Allowance Program to help you grow your collection!)
