Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery to load and unload large power boxes and circuit breakers from trucks, storage facilities, and pallets. Carefully inspect power boxes and circuit breakers for any damage or defects prior to loading/unloading. Properly secure power boxes and circuit breakers during transport to prevent shifting or damage. Move and organize power boxes, circuit breakers, and pallets within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain detailed logs and records of power box and circuit breaker movements, locations, and inventory counts. Assist with inventory management and organization of the power box and circuit breaker storage areas. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Comply with all safety regulations.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Basic mathematic skills for inventory tracking
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics (preferred)
Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
Forklift certification (preferred)

Work Environment
Work with commercial/industrial circuit breakers purchased from demolition sites and kept in inventory until sold. Once sold, the breakers are refurbished. The company specializes in aftermarket/secondary breakers that may be obsolete. You will take the lead in a newly added testing room. The company has about 50 employees and operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The team includes Chief positions that oversee the warehouse, shipping, and shop.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
