Job Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination, scheduling, and benefits administration.
Assisting in employee relations activities and handling HR documentation.
Maintaining and updating HR systems (HRIS) with employee records, benefits changes, and compliance reports.
Serving as a reliable point of contact for employees' HR-related queries and challenges.
Partnering with the HR team on recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws throughout HR processes.
Supporting organizational initiatives including training programs, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess:
1-3 years of prior experience in an HR support or coordination role.
Strong familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP, HRIS software, Workday).
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
