We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the construction/contractor industry for a Front Desk Coordinator in Dayton. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including answering multi-line phone system, providing concierge services, and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance across various departments
Handle a multi-line phone system, ensuring all incoming calls are answered and redirected as necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Use interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both team members and customers
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks
Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Requirements - Proven experience in Administrative Assistance is essential for the role
Proficiency in managing an Answering Multi-Line Phone System is required
Strong Customer Service skills are a must-have
Aptitude for Data Entry tasks is necessary
Excellent Interpersonal Skills are crucial for effective communication
Competence in using Microsoft Excel is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential for managing communication
Expertise in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing is necessary
