Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance sector based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with managing incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, handling data entry tasks, and managing email communications. This role presents an opportunity for a short term contract employment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and effectively respond to all inbound calls
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders
Accurately enter and update customer data in the system
Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly
Manage both inbound and outbound calls as required
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management
Efficiently use Microsoft Outlook for email communications
Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations
Use Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
Schedule appointments as necessary and ensure all schedules are up to date. Requirements - Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is preferred.
Proven ability in answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent email correspondence skills, with a focus on clear and effective communication.
Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing as needed.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and formulas.
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing tasks.
Solid skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
