JOB SPEC : Admin Assistant
Currently growing exponentially and seeks the services and support of a dynamic, goal oriented, motivated and highly driven individual with a passion for administration, with exceptionally high attention to detail to excel in this talented firm.
You will focus on gaining leads, in this dynamic and multifaceted position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mail Sorting and Scanning
Provide prompt and accurate mail sorting for both NC and SC in our offices.
Ensure all mail is timeously scanned into the system and uploaded into the folders for the legal team to review and process their cases.
Admin Support:
Collaborate with the team from time to time to assist in taking calls, messages and directing to the correct department to ensure a streamlined process.
Complete all required documentation, by ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail for all admin documents being sent out,
Ensure all mail is timeously processed for collection to the respective courts.
Legal Drafting / Review:
Assist in drafting legal agreements or compiling legal agreements / documents as required by the legal team to meet customer requirements as laid out on the system.
Print legal documents, and prepare for postage as required by the legal team.
Prepare necessary documents for review by the management team and legal team before sharing with clients.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated individual ready to embrace this challenge. While extensive legal or technical experience is not expected, familiarity with legal concepts, estate planning or probate concepts is crucial for success in this role, which we will guide on. The most important aspect of this role is to work with high attention to detail, speed and accuracy as this role is crucial in all we do.
Skills:
Analytical thinking
Attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Excellent written English communication skills (comparable to a native speaker).
Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs, Slack, Office etc.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 5:00 which will be based at Lake Wylie offices.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
